Gogo Loco is included in the packages so all you need to do is download the SDK then the avatar package.
The Poiyomi that was used for Philip is PoiyomiPro 7.3.50_and_8.1.153 The shaders use the Pro 7.3 version included in this package. (Only a few materials use Poiyomi the rest use VRChat default shaders for optimization purposes due to all the different material swaps for the clothing.)
